"Why
do you charge a flat rate for a distance consultation?
It is based on our
business/corporate consultation's hourly fee of $260. Once I receive
all of the required material, sit down and review it,
type up the analysis and conduct a phone call or web
conference with the client, it takes approximately 4 1/2
- 5 hours.
"What
information do you need to begin a distance consultation?"
I will request that you
fill out a short questionnaire that I will provide to
you via email, fax, or mail. I will need the
birthdays of each of the major employees in the office. I
then require blueprints, or a floor plan, or at the very
least a sketch of the building/office/property.
Most clients
will supplement that with both interior and exterior
photos, (again, sent via email or mail), or videos.
The more information that you provide during the process
the more detailed and in-depth the consult will be, and
the more dramatic the results.
"Should
my employees/office manager also fill out a questionnaire?"
I much prefer it if
they do! This allows the energy of everyone
involved to be addressed, and really will allow for
powerful change if the employees are all supportive and
involved in the process.
"Do we get a report?"
Yes. I will complete the written
report, and send it to you. You can receive it by
email, fax, overnight/FedEx, or mail. Not only
that, once you receive the report, I schedule a
telephone or web-conference with you to ensure that you
understand everything in the report and that all of your
questions are answered.
"What forms of payment do you
accept?"
Empress Feng Shui accepts cash, personal or business
checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express and PayPal. For distance consultations, payment is
required in advance.
